Refund Policy for Skincare Products:
Refunds on skincare products are only valid within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds can only be issued for faulty skincare products. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Lost or Unclaimed Packages:
FWSA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.
All packages are sent with tracking through Australia Post. It is the recipient's responsibility to follow up on any lost or delayed packages.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
Packages are typically dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping time with Australia Post typically ranges from 5–14 days, although delays may occur.
Non-Refundable Items:
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for in-clinic services/treatments.
Prepaid treatments are non-refundable.
Appointments & Deposits:
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment.
The deposit can only be used for products or treatments at the appointment in which it was made, not for future bookings.
Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, minus a $5 administration fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, or failing to attend, will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit.
Late cancellations due to sickness or extraordinary circumstances may be accepted at FWSA’s discretion. In such cases, the deposit will be transferred towards your next appointment, but it will not be refunded.
Frequent Late Cancellations:
Multiple late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the requirement to prepay the full cost of treatments in order to secure future bookings.
Prepaid Treatments:
If you fail to attend or late cancel a prepaid treatment, you will forfeit the treatment.
Voucher Terms:
If you have a voucher for a specific treatment and fail to attend your appointment, the voucher will be void and can no longer be used unless a no-show fee is paid.
Refusal of Treatment:
FWSA reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client at its discretion.
Behavioral Expectations:
FWSA does not tolerate rude, aggressive, or abusive behavior.
